FEES & DEADLINES
The conference registration fee is $995 (USD) after December 16, 2011.
The registration fee includes enrollment in the conference, conference proceedings, continental breakfasts, coffee breaks, and evening receptions. Workshops are free for all registered attendees.

LOCATION & ACCOMMODATION
The conference will be held at the Hilton Miami Downtown, Miami, Florida. A block of rooms has been reserved for conference attendees at a special rate of $195 per night. You are responsible for making your hotel room reservation. The cut-off date for our block of rooms is December 16, 2011. The hotel may not guarantee a room after that date.
