The registration fee includes enrollment in the conference, conference proceedings, continental breakfasts, coffee breaks, and evening receptions. Workshops are free for all registered attendees.

LOCATION & ACCOMMODATION

The conference will be held at the Hilton Miami Downtown, Miami, Florida. A block of rooms has been reserved for conference attendees at a special rate of $195 per night. You are responsible for making your hotel room reservation. The cut-off date for our block of rooms is December 16, 2011. The hotel may not guarantee a room after that date. Cancellations

Cancellation prior to Dec 16, 2011 will be refunded, less $95 processing fee. No refunds after Dec 16, 2011; substitutions are allowed.
